Strength-Tec - Home

Welcome

The Strength-Tec gym is located in Fareham, Hampshire on the South Coast of England. It is owned and run by Rob Frampton. The gym offers a wide range of free-weight equipment.

Strength-Tec is also the training camp of the Portsmouth Strongman Association (PSMA) and so is able to offer an extensive range of specialist Strongman event equipment.

Facilities on offer at the gym include a seating area with storage for gym bags, toilet facilities, a small shop selling protein, supplements and other merchandise and car parking.

- Congratulations go to Rob Frampton who won the Southern Qualifier for England's/UK's Strongest Man on Sunday, 11th April 2010. Congratulations also go to 2nd place Paul "ManBear" Carter and joint 3rd Enzo Martino and Richard Hudson. All 4 athletes will now go on to compete in England's Strongest Man contest.
